   Caren was recommended by our mortgage advisor and he told us, with Caren we would get an attentive, personalised service which is exactly right! We had both high street and online estate agents come over to talk to us about the sale of our property but none of them took as much time or gave as much detail as Caren - who prides herself as being in the middle of the high street and online. Her rates were amazing value for the service she provided and we sold our house just two days after it went online on rightmove. Caren took care of all the viewings herself and even took a virtual video tour which was above and beyond. I believe she was incredibly helpful with our seller as well and passed any communications between us quickly and professionally. Unfortunately we have moved out of the area or I would have contacted Caren again to help with looking for our new property or if we had to sell again down the line.

   Caren came out to value my house. She was extremely friendly and professional. She was really approachable and easy to talk to at the early stages of selling a house. From the get go of me agreeing to sell my house with her, she put my mind at ease- selling a house can be a scary prospect. It was great to communicate with her about viewers and as soon as an offer came in (very quickly!) It felt she was on my side to be able to get a great price and make it an easy process. Throughout the process from then I was able to get hold of her easily for updates and again this really put my mind at ease.
