Evan from the media services team sold me a monthly broadband package of 24.99. He assured me that price would be reflected in the final contract...it was not. EE said the rate is 29.99 and they cannot uphold a quote from a third-party vendor. It's not the additional 5 pounds that infuriates me, it's intentionally misleading and lying. I would have given you the sale at 29.99 and you could have kept your integrity.
I spoke with Jessica Smith who was really helpful and polite. She explained things in a really easy to understand way and answered all my questions. She needed to double check something after the call had ended and rang me back within a few minutes to make sure everything was correct and didn't just email me. I've been with let alliance for a few years for contents insurance and they've always been very easy to get hold of and to answer my queries.

Excellent service, would absolutely recommend. This was my first time sorting out insurance like this and Jessica Peters was incredibly helpful and made the process really simple to understand. I was contacted by Jimmy Roberts regarding sky broadband and tv deals after securing new rental accommodation. I can’t rate him highly enough. He was personable, relaxed but efficient and helped all the way through the process. He made me feel very valued by working calls/arrangements around my schedule and I always felt like he had time to speak to me, he was never rushed and always took time to explain things I wanted clarity on.
