   We recently sold our house in Handbridge and the team at Currans have been absolutely fantastic from the word go. The pictures and review of our property online for sellers to view were incredible, they kept us regularly informed throughout the whole process, were always readily available for advice / guidance and on that note, I'd particularly like to thank Clair at Currans for keeping us sane and calm during the sale process (these things do take time and Clair was absolutely fantastic throughout so thank you!) Currans were brilliant at helping us navigate our way through the whole process and we couldn't recommend them highly enough!

I was really impressed with how enthusiastic the team was whilst marketing the property and the effort that went into the promotion videos. The team were always very accommodating and responded very quickly to any queries I had. Should I need to sell a property again in the future, I would approach Currans again without hesitation.

   Currans have just helped us sell our home and they were absolutely fantastic. The whole team were helpful but Ash was amazing - honestly think he's the best estate agent we've ever had and we've bought and sold 5 properties over the last 25 years. Ash really listens and is an excellent communicator. Our chain fell down when we were due to complete as there was a problem with the buyers buyer and Ash communicated with the whole chain with optimism and determination to keep the sale going through. They priced our house really well and we got just about the asking price within 3 weeks - they were very efficient and the photos they did were fantastic and they involved us in the process of writing the blurb about the house including encouraging owners quotes. We met Ash when we were looking to buy and really liked him hence choosing Currans as we found him quite different from many estate agents we'd dealt with - he seemed very sincere and genuinely interested in people, finding out your needs and communicating really well always doing what he said he would. We have met many estate agents when we have been buying, where you can't get through to them on the phone to book in a viewing, or they turn up late or they don't really listen to your needs. Currans and Ash were the complete opposite and the whole team provided a fantastic service. We will only ever use Currans from hereon in and I will recommend to all my family and friends who are buying and selling - their percentage very reasonable too and is value for money we think. We nearly went with an estate agent where you pay up front but thank goodness we didn't as the reviews were really bad in terms of once they've got the money they don't try and sell your home and with all the problems we had with the chain we needed an estate agent who would be determined to help get the sale through. Thank you to the whole Currans team for helping us sell our house and making the whole process much less stressful than it could have been.

   I have had the pleasure of using Curran's Homes for the past 4 years or so. I have to say that I cannot fault them. I live abroad so I have completely relied on them for everything. They never let me down once. I used them to rent my house and also to sell it. I trusted them through the whole process. The professional advice that they gave me always sound advice. I would recommend them to anybody. From their customer service, to their punctuality. They are all very professional across the board. They went above and beyond for me on many occasions.    My experience with Cat from Currans Homes was truly great from start to finish. She was incredibly communicative and organised with everything and it made both moving in and out seamless. If I wasn't moving to a different city I would have stayed with them! The flat I moved into was in great condition from day 1 and whenever anything needed to be repaired it was very simple to put in the maintenance request on their online system, and Cat was very helpful with anything extra that I needed. 10/10 would recommend!
