   We had used Thornley Groves some years ago when selling our property in Altrincham so when their boards started to appear in Chester we were keen to use them again. Right from the word go they came out straight away to value our property and get it listed rather than the lengthy wait you have with some of the other local agents. They are a great team in the Chester office with special thanks to Jackie and Aaron who we dealt with on a regular basis and guided us throughout the selling process . From our perspective it was good to have consistent points of contact, something we didn't have when dealing with a previous agent. Definitely recommend Thornley Groves if you are thinking of selling your property.

Julie Constable-Jones of Matthews demonstrated huge professionalism to keep the transaction alive after a tortuous seven months of conveyancing with an institutional vendor and the turmoil of lenders changing offers unilaterally to derail the sale.
