I have applied to work here and undergone a background check on 4th December. Everything went fine however I'm sat here a month later with nobody get in touch like they are suppose to. I've clicked on the link in the app several times and it does not encourage anyone to get in contact with me. I've seen no legal contact yet and have not seen half the paperwork I signed for. Manual handerling ect. They make you tick the boxes but have failed to provide all paperwork. It's obviously a con if you don't want me reading the paperwork. I suspect there's a few added costs they don't tell you about. That why they didn't want someone like me starting the job. Treating people as though they are too stupid to read. Not a good start really. I don't think I'm interested in the job anymore. It's so dodgy. Any other job would have started me by now and I know there's nothing wrong with my background check because I have previously been DBS checked for Asda. My advice is don't believe a thing they say until you see it in a contract which you won't. Its a dodgy mess on purpose.

Absolute shambles of a company. Pay what they want when they want. Avoid at all cost. Especially Callum “so called boss”.even have the balls to ask you to work. Even tho they haven’t paid wages owed yet. Joke

Constantly asking workers to cover for other depots despite the depots being covered for sending people to cover those covering. Makes no sense. If there are drivers able to cover another company they should be able to cover their own. Would reduce the amount of fuel drivers need to buy, saving the company themself money as well. Having their drivers go long distance when there are workers in that city that could cover anyway is horrible for the environment as well. Treat injured workers who are struggling due to said injuries like dirt, continuing to ask they do more and more work despite it making the injuries worse. Asking for their drivers to work on their one day off a week so they're working seven days a week is inhumane.

A shambles of a company! Poor management haven't received a wage in 3 weeks. Every Thursday they say "oh next week you'll get paid" still waiting to be paid! Very very poor would never recommend to work for this company to anyone.

Badly run company with horribly maintained fleet of vans rented out to their quasi self employed couriers at exorbitant prices. The company is run alongside their accountancy department Premier Driver who organise the courier's pay and taxes and is a blatant scam against the drivers who are always underpaid with errors on their hours and expenses presumably to the company's benefit as errors are only rectified if spotted by the couriers. Drivers are told to make up bogus expenses under £20 in order to fraudulently reduce their tax bills. Drivers have zero job security despite being forced to work for just one company due to the terms on the rent of the vehicle thus making the drivers employed as opposed to self-employed under HMRC's legal definition. Avoid this company at all costs, do not utilise their services and do not work for them. I'm in the process of reporting them to HMRC for fraud.
