   Mark was impatient, extremely rude and just wanted to get to the next property, rushing us up - not an attitude for a professional and sadly disappointing! Would not get back to any of my questions though contacted several times - obviously the property had gone so they just couldn’t be bothered.. I will not be recommending this company. A terrible attitude indeed!

They are an excellent property management company small enough to give good personal customer service. Only had one problem within the property (hot water system) last August and this was rectified through their managing system within 24 hours. I would recommend this agency for anybody seeking rental in Chester or surrounding districts.
