   Been buying from Best sellers for a number of years. They have a great knowledge of their products and prices are very cheap compared to other stores. The Christmas selection is superb! Go every year just to see what new stuff they have in. Staff are very helpful.

   First experience going into best sellers to buy a Kilner jar which I No Idea was part of a set. I accidentally dropped this jar and immediately offered to pay for it and buy another one. The energy and attitude of the staff was something else I was looked at and spoken to like I was an idiot by a woman with short dark hair I believe to be the owner sister so I’ve heard. The price of some of the stuff in there is crazy for what you’re buying and yet they still charge you 10 pay for a bag LOL my main reason for this review is I bought a set of Christmas lights when we were asking questions about the Christmas lights it was as if we were inconveniencing the staff The Christmas lights when got back turned out to be battery operated and not plugged foolish me for not checking but didn’t think a long 100+ Christmas lights for a tree would be battery operated however after dressing the tree and finishing it completely I need to find out that the lights only come on for an hour. Who The Hell sells this kind of item it’s clearly faulty looking at the other reviews on here. It seems that I’m not the only one who has had an experience at least at this store given the fact that everything is going on you think this company would work hard to attract more business and keep people coming into the High Street, however I guess not I will not be returning as I can find all the stuff cheaper online and I was trying to support local and I was met with rudeness.

   Purchase a pretty bird table for the garden and Rob and his sister was very kind enough to deliver it for me as im local. Known them both and the team for a few years and i always visit the shop. Service has always been amazing. Can never fault them. They sell some amazing products.

   Little gem of a shop in Hornchurch! Family run and very helpful and friendly. Huge selection of gifts, home decor and lovely artificial flowers! Always something new or different every time you go in. You never know what you may find. And how they transform the shop for Christmas is incredible! You really do need to see it!
