We are really happy with our kitchen which we purchased from My Dream Kitchen. Spiro and Justine gave us good advice as to what would work best and be most practical. The design and quality of our kitchen is excellent and the service has been great and Spiro has sorted out any minor issues we have encountered. Would definitely recommend!
We were very happy with the service from My Dream Kitchen. They were patient and supportive as we took our time deciding on and debating the layout, appliances, and colours as a family. The quality of the kitchen and utility room is excellent, and the final result looks fantastic. Spiro was frequently on site, ensuring everything ran smoothly during installation. We were referred by a family member and are glad we chose them.
My dream kitchen truly delivered my dream kitchen. From the moment my husband and I walked into the store, we knew we were in the right place. The store had some amazing displays suited to varied preferences and budgets. Justine was ever so helpful, patient and creative in helping us design our kitchen. We started with a blank canvas and Justine helped us every step of the way, helping us visualise not only different options but gave us practical advice on what may or may not work based on our needs. This is even before we had contracted with them to buy the kitchen - she was fully invested in helping us achieve our ideal kitchen. She was even responsive to my innumerable questions and design ideas while she was on vacation. Once bought, Spiro was closely involved in ensuring the kitchen was delivered within the timeframe agreed and personally visited the site a few times to make sure the fitting was immaculate. Both Justine and Spiro have been super responsive to a couple of minor snags we faced (even one year down the line). I love our kitchen and want to thank My Dream Kitchen team for delivering a great product, service and experience. I couldn’t recommend them more.

Was it a dream? It was at first, and then low and behold.. it was our REALITY that came to fruition! We still cannot believe how it has all ended up. We initially looked at a few suppliers to have our kitchen installed, and almost by chance had stumbled into MDK in Pinner, on a casual Saturday stroll. Through the first set of meetings, we knew the design eye was there, and that we were in good hands as the questions about what we wanted, were well... what WE wanted, and not like other suppliers who would take the cookie-cutter approach and offer up something that was either off the shelf, or based upon something that was a repeated design for every other customer. With MDK, the expertise and the keen eye of detail shone through at every stage, from the frames in use to each and every hinge on each of the units. That quiet, yet subtle clink of a draw quietly closing is quite therapeutic (you can see how long we've taken over choosing it all..). We must mention the owner, Spiro, who was incredibly involved and kept everything on track. Each and every date that he mentioned he delivered on, and even pivoted when our builders were coming up short on their timelines to accommodate. He not only arrived on site on a weekly basis to ensure that progress was maintained, but he also noticed a couple of issues that needed correction in a blink of an eye (something that you can only get with incredible and valuable experience). Our fitter, Ian, also deserves an incredible amount of credit too; as it was he that fit it all out, and ensured that he worked on the timelines set. He even returned for work that did not complete immediately because we wanted everything to be perfect, and was simply not willing to cut corners (the irony.. when working carpentry). That kind of customer service, you just do not see nowadays, and he's done an amazing job as seen in the pictures. Ian was amiable, hardworking and a pleasure to have around our home. Simply put, he just got on with it, and the execution was an absolute 10/10. We will forever be grateful to Spiro and MDK for their incredible pursuit in getting things perfect, and more importantly keeping us well informed at every step of the way. They made our renovation so much easier to work through, especially when our building team continued to let us down. We are now in a position, that we live in the kitchen. The family sit around the cooking space, and we enjoy our meals as a single unit and catch up on the day's activities; whether it's the kids' school day, or the adults' work day. This is essentially what it's about and what we wanted, and MDK helped us move towards that dream of being closer together when we're at home in a space that we love. So finally, would we recommend MDK? That's an easy one... an absolute YES! They were a dream to work with, and we would not recommend any one else in the kitchen space. They're now on our Christmas card list for sure! Thanks again!
5 star experience from start to finish, with the team giving great advice on kitchen design, keeping us informed regularly on kitchen and appliance delivery and working constructively with our builders to ensure electrics and plumbing were in situ for a smooth installation. The fitters were excellent and Spiro kept in constant contact to ensure we were happy with the service. Couldn’t recommend Spiro and My Dream Kitchen enough! The pictures don’t do the finished product justice!
I would highly recommend My Dream Kitchen, we were given the time and constructive input to help redesign our extended kitchen even before the building works started. The result was well worth it as we are very happy with the finish. We also were very happy with the kitchen fitter who did a great job in ensuring the finished kitchen was just as planned.
We absolutely love our new kitchen. The delivery of the kitchen and management of suppliers was excellently managed by Ahsan. In terms of the delivery timeline, everything went exactly to plan. Aldin, the fitter, was exceptional in his attention to detail, quality of fit, and always involved you in every key decision of the fit. We cannot fault the quality and fit of the units, and also the fit and fixing of the worktops which was installed in one quick go by the team.
