The service was brilliant all the way until I paid the full amount for my new kitchen. I appreciate that my kitchen designer was away on holiday for 3 weeks but during those three weeks I had little to no customer service. It is not meant to be the customers problem if a member of staff is away for 3 weeks. This branch is extremely short staffed. I called probably over 10 times over the course of two weeks and no reply (because there is often only one person in the branch by themselves), absolutely awful management. I went in when I got the chance and spoke to a manager (Keith, I believe) told his colleagues to tell me to leave a message (when I was standing right opposite). Naturally I ran into a few problems during my renovations and required assistance.. I barely got any. For example: The day my worktops arrived, I changed my mind and wanted to return them. I called on the day they were delivered and was told that within a few days I will be contacted for a collection and refund. Three weeks passed and nothing. Throughout that time no one was answering the phone (funny right). They also rarely call back when they say they will. Nevertheless, all I can say is Rutu did a good job whilst she was in and the kitchen ended up looking nice. I also cannot be too upset with her as most of the time she would inform me that she was in the office by herself answering the phone and dealing with customers. As for the overall branch, awful. If you want consistent communication whilst organising your renovations for peace of mind, I strongly suggest you look at another magnet branch or company. I also donβt believe I am a difficult or rude customer, in fact I have been very agreeable and patient. But everyone has their limits. I am still waiting for someone to collect 100kg worktops from my property and itβs now been over a month. Huge inconvenience and Iβm very disappointed.

We came to visit store no one was available at all to attend us. One of the guy was working in warehouse saw us but didn't bother to say anything. After 10 minutes of wait 1 member of staff came to desk saw us looking at product but didn't bother to say hello or hi. Please don't visit personally very bad and rude experience
