Avoid , I was with them for 3 years then all of a sudden they wouldnβt renew my policy. .nothing had changed with my driving record at all. And only gave me 6 weeks notice. Donβt bother with these idiots

Had insurance for a year with this company then they decided not to renew my policy with no reason very poor .I'm 51 full no claims bonus but apparently I don't fit they criteria they also did this to my son yet no refund on the Β£82 I'm in credit yet asking for they box back I'd like an answer please what is your criteria jurny? Over the last year insured with yourselves I've driven 527 miles I don't go far don't use motorways and have over 30 years driving experience I would like to think I'm a perfect candidate for your company apparently not I'd like you to get in touch please and explain in detail the reason I don't fit you criteria anymore look forward to hearing from you.

Donβt go with this insurer! Iβve been with them for the past year and called this morning as I received an email stating my policy has expired. I called up to continue it to be told that they cannot do this. I was then told Iβd need to get a quote again and have to pay the admin fee and the fee for the miles tracker box which is around Β£200!! A very nice lady did check this for me and said she would wave this fee for me. I went to do the quote and it wouldnβt accept my criteria?! Even though Iβve been with them for over a year. I then spoke to another lady who basically did absolutely nothing for me as a basically βwasnβt their customer anymoreβ. What a way to treat someone. I only travel to work 1/2 times a week so pay per mile was all I needed. Iβm now left with no other option than to pay a fortune through another company for an entire year which has come at a really bad time for me. Would not recommend this company to anyone. They donβt care about their customers and donβt do anything to help and keep you.

Been with JURNY for 6 years without issues other than the website being very clunky. Woke up this morning to a message saying my policy has been cancelled and when calling them they recommended I get another quote of there website. After 6 years as a loyal customer they will not give me a quote. Incredibly frustrating and will no longer be recommending them.
