   Very pleased with the service supplied by Choice Homes. We had our house carpeted throughout and Steve and his team at Choice Homes were friendly, efficient and professional. The carpet supplied was good quality and competitively priced. The fitters did a great job and even laid the carpet inside fitted wardrobes, under the hot water tank and in an under stairs cupboard. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you Steve.

   First class service and delivery. We bought a new build house and the builders were very expensive for flooring. We went to Choice Homes as they are an Amtico main dealer. The showroom is big and airy with a huge choice of flooring and other home items too. The staff in the showroom were very professional and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and they made sure we were happy with every choice at each stage. They even have an interactive system so you can visualise your chosen floor from pictures of your own house. We got a very reasonable price and placed the order. The fitter was also very friendly and professional, he did an outstanding job and the work areas were always clean. Nothing was left behind and I cannot recommend these people highly enough. Bit of an update: I’d never buy Amtico again, it’s completely lost it’s colour. Conveniently the 25 year guarantee doesn’t extend to colourfastness due to light exposure. It lasted a couple of years looking good, now looks terrible.

   Just went in this morning to look at carpets and amtico for our new place and had the WORST retail experience ever. Came in and not even a reply to my “hello”, we spent around 10 minutes looking at floors and hoping for the man to ask us wether we needed any help - he even went passed us a couple of times - and refused to even greet us with a “hello”, not even a “welcome, what can I do for you?”, nothing at all. It seemed as though we were complete ghosts to this man. Impolite, rude and disrespectful. What a shame!
