   Was post to have a new washing installed and old one taken away yesterday. The men couldn't turn the tap off My handy man comes out shows me the men where Turing it thre.wrong way Plus they parked the van my on my neighbours drive which is disgusting I've asked for 2 different men to install today cross fingers they know how to turn a tap off otherwise these man shouldn't be allowed to install there how attitude rudeness you could tell they didn't want to do the job And parking a van on my neighbours drive Luckily they didn't install as they mite have caused a leak with the treatment

   Trying to find a tumble dryer, and white-goods shops seem more like showrooms with little in stock. Euronics had something close to what I wanted so bought the display item (again showroom, not a shop!) Guys very helpful, even allowed me to charge my phone whilst they packaged up dryer and also lent a sack barrow to get it home: Can't default that service!

   My bosch dishwasher was broken - I called Bosch and due to all their engineers being busy their partner company Stellisons were sent out to take a look. The Stellisons engineer barely looked at the dishwasher and proceeded to tell me that my plumbing was the problem and I was using the wrong dishwasher tablets. He also used the phrase "when your hubby gets home tell him..." - it's 2022 this kind of misogyny needs to get in the bin. I took his "advice", changed the plumbing and dishwasher tablets. Still I was having issues. I re-called Bosch who sent out one of their engineers. Within 5 minutes he identified that there was a sensor problem on the dishwasher and he replaced the part and it's fixed. When asking about the plumbing and dishwasher tablets the bosch engineer said that should of never been a problem to begin with. Hopefully this is an isolated issue within Stellisons but it wasted a lot of my time and money (buying new plumbing parts that I didn't need to replace)
