   I don’t go to these places very often. I walked in no customers was there. There were four girls standing behind the cashiers machines all talking. I asked for what I wanted. The first girl looked very upset and pointed to an iPad and told me to go and see if they sell it. I came back. I said you do. I told her what I wanted. She looked very upset and said to me now I’ve got to look it up myself. I apologised for putting her out and said don’t worry about it. Go back to your conversation goodbye. Absolutely disgusting, Service shame on you whoever manages this place!!

   Review for the 23.07.25 Incredible dedication, professionalism, and knowledge of product, the only bad thing is on my behalf is that I have forgotten their names due to being in such a rush considering the fact this was at 6pm ish and they literally solved my problem. I arrived with a random mortice lock believing I had no chance and the ladies sorted it for me and found my solution, thank you ever so much and I highly recommend this store as they go above and beyond. 5*****

   This store is in an excellent location, saves driving all the way to Harlow. Free parking, which is always a bonus, the staff are always amazing and super helpful. Prices are extremely competitive, and the returns policy is amazing. I always try to go after 5 because it does get extremely busy beforehand.

   Easy to park, intelligent staff and quick. Usual keen Screwfix prices. Ideal placement for commuters going to or from Epping. Update: worth pointing out that the best way to shop here is to buy from their website, and pick it up 20 mins later, or a couple of days if it isn't in stock. You can always shop in store too, but very little is on display. If you tell the person on the till what you want, they are happy to browse through and make suggestions of what is in stock.

   This branch is lovely with helpful staff and easy to get to great location. But I notice the staff are not wearing masks nor were any of the customers. I know its a choice not a requirement but if it concerns you take note. It didn't get 5* because like all of Screwfix at the moment, stuff that shows in stock on the web page is often next day delivery or out of stock.
