Great service during the sales process. Support and service afterwards ranged from good to absolutely dreadful as is their spares website, hence the one star rating.
Hi just wanted to say thanks to Zak at the Guildford branch today. We had an issue with a tap purchased via the Farnborough branch in early 2022. A replacement tap under warranty was needed quickly. Zak liaised with the other Howdens branch to ensure this happened. Excellent customer service.
Really helpful and knowledgeable staff, great service (ok the coffee wasnt great, but they had biscuits) and came away very happy with kitchen design outline. Just need to see if the price is as good as the service...

No customer service, you will never get the breakdown of the prices. Not a transparent company and please DO NOT buy their appliances.... They are super super super cheap material with rubbish functionality, my oven has hot spots all over! The microwave seems like a doll's House microwave. Teeny weeny and I would assume expensive as I paid 8k for a small kitchen and no quality at all!! I would better off with B&Q ...would atleast know what I pay for and be happy with it
