   We recently made a purchase from the Dockside Store, which included a table, four chairs, and a sideboard. The service we received from Debbie was exceptional. Her extensive knowledge of the products and her willingness to assist us were greatly appreciated. Debbie promptly addressed all of our inquiries regarding specific items. The level of service we received from her was comparable to that of high-end stores such as Harrods or Liberty. Debbie kept in constant contact with us, providing updates on our order. We are very grateful for the help and support she has shown us. Debbie is a valuable asset to Dockside Store, and the way she has treated us is outstanding. We only wish that other retail stores had staff and customer service like this. WELL DONE

   Dirty place, all furniture are rotten and mouldy. Doesn’t worth paying for carpark.

   This of course is a furniture store but next door to you did use to be an ex Tesco store then a Go Outdoors perhaps that there should be an indoor Market for Chatham would be nice.

   OK, ordered online, ready when they said and collected. It hadn't said about self assembly but I'm OK with that, assembled easily all components in the box piece of cake. Seems good quality only time will tell

   Massive selection. Some really interesting pieces. Well worth a visit.Would recommend parking in the slicketts hill car park. The big car park above the camping shop may be bigger but is disgusting.

   I Recently visited your Chatham store and spoke to 2 members of staff ( Debbie and Lawrence ) who where more than helpful when it came to the knowledge of furniture. I went in for a bookcase and ended up purchasing the waxed Canterbury bookcase and nest of tables. The quality in each product is amazing. On delivery day 2 lads who were very polite and helpful, they brought the items in and took all packaging off and asked where I wanted the bookcase placed as it's quite heavy. They took all packaging away with them, which was a bonus as meant I didn't have to get rid of it myself. From walking into home plus to having the items delivered I had excellent customer service. Your team are very polite and helpful. A* service all round

   I recently ordered a new corner sofa, which is fantastic fabric by the way! The delivery lads were more than helpful, it actually didn't fit through the front door so they suggested if they could try the back door, which it didn't fit either until the driver ruddock suggested that we take the feet off! Low and behold it went through! I couldn't thank them enough even though it took longer then it should have. Me and my wife love ❤️ our new sofa, we will shop their again, great value for money and service with a smile is all we need!
