   Apart from the decoration being nice there isn’t much else to say. The manager was rude and not friendly at all. Before taking our order he told us food will take more than 45 mins ( food actually came out in 20 mins) as they was busy! This was not the case it was literally a family of 10 and a few other people there. He wasn’t helpful at all with the menu. Very disappointing. He’s put me off. I wouldn’t recommend this place! Even the waitress agreed with us. Management needs to either retire or learn some basic skills.

   The food was okay, nothing standout but decent overall. Unfortunately, the atmosphere let the experience down. The host/manager hovered around our table and closely watched the staff the entire time, which made it feel uncomfortable and gave the impression he didn’t trust his team. One young girl who served us was friendly and smiled, but the rest of the staff looked visibly unhappy, which wasn’t surprising given the constant supervision. I also ordered a daiquiri, but what I received tasted like lemonade with syrup rather than an actual mocktail. Overall, because of the service and atmosphere, the vibe just wasn’t very welcoming.

   Best service from Hannah . She gave us good recommendations. She sold us the menu she told me to get ribeye cap and it was perfect .Food is good . I got the fillet medium but they did it well done but Hannah went and fixed it for me bless her

   Service was awful. Cutlery was dumped on our table, food took about 45 minutes to come. Missing items, that had to be bought out later. Waiter came to our table ask us to pay (like they were wanting us out quickly). When I questioned the service, the response was that ‘they were busy’ (only 4-5 tables were occupied while we were there). In any case being busy is not an excuse for being rude. I shall not be visiting them again.

   This is a good steak house. So far I’ve tried the sizzler, ribs as a main and rib eye steak. As well as, various sides and drinks. Staff are very helpful and friendly. My favourite is the Ribéye. Wouldn’t have the ribs again just personal preference nothing wrong with them. Same with the sizzler. Good overall

   Visited this establishment for the second time last night. My first visit was a few months ago with my wife & children. It was a very pleasant experience, so I decided to go again and take a friend with me. Have to admit, the food was better last night. I had the king prawns for starters & then Dexter sirloin. Both of these were really good! My friend - who had not been before - really enjoyed his meal also. He said he’d definitely visit again with his family. Their mocktails are really good… Great taste and they’re not stingy like some places are. Price is reasonable too which is a bonus. The seating arrangements is really good, there’s plenty of space as the tables aren’t all squashed together. Very comfortable seats. Really clean environment overall. Toilets are very well maintained and on both visits I found them to be spotless! My only criticism is that the waiting staff, although very polite young people, aren’t experienced. And management could do with investing a little more time training them.

   Good steakhouse. Decor and service is impeccable. Starters are exceptional. However found the sizzler steak to have too much on the plate. Would try the more expensive steak next time where it’s set out separately.

   Went on a boys night out here. Great atmosphere and the staff were polite, attentive and helpful. The food was amazing. Ordered the Serloin dexter and was impressed. Asked for medium and that's exactly what we got. All 5 of us thoroughly impressed and enjoyed our meal. The mocktail was amazing. 2 of us tried the burger sliders as a starter and they were amazing! Highly recommend this place and will be returning again.

   It's OK, would give 3.5 stars if I could. Starters - these are actually very nice. Got to taste crispy chicken and crispy prawns. Can't really go wrong with anything fried. Steak - I had the dexter sirloin which is the more premium steak and honestly preferred the standard sirloin that comes on a sizzler. Asked for medium rare and I'm pretty sure mine was rare. Don't get the 8 chips stacked like jenga blocks, I suppose they're just there to look nice. I think the price is mid to high for what it is and I would've probably given the place a higher review if I got the standard sirloin like I did the first time I went.

   Went here after booking last minute on Christmas day! Superb food! Would recommend the lamb chops and the milkshake was amazing. The staff were awesome and very friendly couldn't have asked for a better experience on Christmas day! Will be visiting again in the future ♥️
