   Do not use this company , overpriced, cheap materials, I had a bathroom install 3 years ago, at 12k, floor tiles have cracked, didn’t use aqua boards on the walls, now have water damage on walls, had a led bathroom cabinet installed, mirror has discoloured and led lights have dimmed, shocking company and dire after care, if you had to compare on a retail basis, there quality is londis with a Waitrose price tag,if you want proof I can send pics or you can come and visit my house

   Started February 23 ,Still not finished,(November )said they did the complete job , but now say its down to the subcontractor that they instructed that I have to chase , made a mess of installing radiator and towel rail now need to take up tiled flooring to correct it . They do not respond to emails and will not give me the subcontractors address so I can take it up with him. Very disappointed, do not use unless you want a partly finished job.

   Absolutely amazing. They managed to transform my dark, gloomy & depressing tiny kitchen into a light, bright place that looks twice the size. Christian & James came round to discuss ideas & what could be done - no hard sell, no pressure & they worked within my budget without sacrificing quality. I cannot rate Robbie & his team highly enough, the nightmare they encountered due to the previous owner & his DIY ‘skills’ was dreadful, however they dealt with everything encountered with good humour & a smile (well to me anyway..) & made sure everything was clean & tidy before leaving every day. I cannot fault the service provided, including Michele who co-ordinates everything & kept me up to date at every step of the way. An extra thanks to Robbie & Phil who went above & beyond - absolute stars.

   Administration staff were excellent but the salesman gave dates for completion that were in attainable as all the work is completed by one man. The. Actual installer was brilliant and we are very impressed with his work. Our completion date was the beginning of May but is more likely to be beginning of July!!!!
