   This is the second time I’ve had the pleasure of working with the team at Edwards Grounds Runcorn, first for the sale of my own property and more recently for the sale of my late mums house. The team, Shirley, Janet, Lee and any other team members that I didn’t work with directly on this latest occasion were helpful, professional, knowledgeable and above all friendly, meaning that the whole process went quickly and smoothly with no delays or surprises. Shirley did the initial inspection and valuation on my mum’s house and showed genuine compassion and understanding at what was a really difficult time. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
