BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Asked for help to get a back shoelace. Store assistant helps me to get one. I confirmed at the till that it is black as the lighting was dull. Gave me a dark tan instead. When went to return the same, they refused & asked me to get something else instead. Left it as a gift for the owner. PATHETIC SERVICE. Will never go again.
