We got a decent worktop in the end but communication was poor throughout (needed constant chasing to get dates and times sorted), then one of the features we asked for were not done, a £50 goodwill was offered but then never sent.
We recently ordered a quartz worktop from Mo and the overall experience was good. They replied quickly, the installation was smooth and we appreciated the simple and elegant design solution they suggested. The only part we were a bit unsure about was the amount of cabinet material cut to fit the undermount sink. I emailed to ask about this because we wanted to understand the structural side, but did not receive a reply. Other than that, everything else went well. Overall, Mo provided a smooth and straightforward service and the worktop looks great.
We chose this company based on reading good reviews and the fact that they beat many others on price. Our experience, however, was not a good one. We had to get the fitters back twice to fix issues with the installation (simple issues that should not have been missed). The templating itself had been done incorrectly, so the worktop did not fit tightly to the walls, and they also managed to damage a brand new sink, which we had to really push for them to pay for. We would advise spending a little more money to get a competent service.
I had my worktops fitted yeaterday and I’m over the moon with them. When I was looking for worktops, Mo was generous with his time and expertise in his showroom in Watford, and advised me not only only the worktops themselves but gave me advice about my kitchen renovation in general, as I’ve put it in myself. He arranged a template appointment for me which was carried out by a very knowledgable and helpful professional, and the fitting team who came two weeks later were equally as impressive. They listened to me, and patiently waited while I frantically made last minute changes to the shape of one of the rows of cabinets (completely my fault) and kindly and carefully accommodated those changes without any issues. The quality of the work was exceptional and the manner in which they carried it out was admirably conscientious. An entirely stress free experience from start to finish. Cheers Mo!
Amazing, amazing, amazing! Nothing to fault Mo's Designs. From the initial contact to the finished project, it was impeccably conducted by Nick fantastic trio; honest, approachable, knowledgeable in their product, the design and delivery of it. Value for money and reasonably priced. ~ better than the high street! They were in frequent contact with us to check if all was fine during the fitting and after completion. I have my dream kitchen and my heartfelt thanks to Mo's. No hesitation at all in recommending them to anyone.

We went to several places to find the perfect kitchen worktop. A friend recommended Mo's Design, though it was completly out of our way, we still decided to give it a try. So glad we did! Not only did we manage to find exactly what we were looking for, the price was very reasonable too compared to many other places. As our kitchen finished earlier than our utility room, we asked if they come out a second time to take utility measurement. Mo didn't hesitate for a second and was so flexible, which meant we could have our kitchen completed while the builders could take their time with the utility. The company is so easy to work and I am so pleased our friend suggested it. I would highly recommend the place to anyone.
These guys did a fantastic job and I can see why they have so many 5 star reviews. They quoted a very competitive price and I went to the showroom to select my material. A day later the team came quite a distance to measure and template, exactly when they said they would arrive. A week later, my quartz (marble design) worktops with upstands were ready. The same team showed up and everything was perfectly cut, they even helped me position my tap before sealing. Very happy with the end result and although it's not finished you can tell from the photos below this kitchen is going to look fabulous!
