   Herts Bathrooms have recently completed the installation of a new vanity unit in our bedroom. This involved installation of wall boards behind and on the side wall by the unit, new flooring for that area and a new mirrored wall cupboard above. Barney, their project manager devised the plan and went to great lengths to ensure we understood it. Patrick in their sales team was very helpful in showing us the options for the new goods and advising on the most appropraie choices. Jamie, the senior installer, was very competent in all aspects of the fitting works and produced a very pleasing result. We have a second project in mind for early next year and are more than happy for Herts Bathrooms to carry this out for us.

   We wanted to remove the bath and replace it with a walk-in shower. We visited the showroom and Stew was very patient in listening to our requirements and interpreting them to match with an appropriate unit. He supplied an estimate which we accepted. The unit was delivered in good time but during the installation the plumber informed us that the handle was on the wrong side which would have impeded the full opening of the door. On ringing Stew he assured us that he would resolve the issue and within 72 hours a replacement door was received. The unit specified was ideal and I cannot praise high enough the service we have received.

   I had a lot of trouble trying to get an appointment for a design and quote which was frustrating, emails go to a central address and you can never speak to the same person if you call. The design was great, CAD drawings really effective and the staff were fantastic in person. Sadly the quote (without fitting) wasn't competitive and I was worried that communication would be terrible if I went ahead so had to choose a different supplier. A pity because the in-store experience and range was really impressive.

   Herts Bathrooms/Gas Mark 1 have just installed a new kitchen for us. We've been delighted with the whole process: from initial (online) consultation with James; further design iterations and showroom visits with him; site surveys by Barnie and skilful installation by Dave and his team. We had endless options, not constrained to one supplier, and were able to piece together our dream kitchen. I'd highly recommend them.

   Recently had my bathroom completely ripped out and redone and couldn't be happier. From start to finish this company was amazing. Held my hand in the design phase and worked with me to create the finish I wanted within my budget. The workmen were punctual, courteous, clean and kept me updated and involved throughout. Any little snags were put right immediately, even if they were my own doing. They accommodated any tweaks or changes I requested without issue. I'd highly recommend Herts Bathrooms and would gladly use them again.
