Katie Charnock was our account manager when we recently sold our house. She kept us updated constantly with any updates or queries. She was always helpful and if she wasn’t available she would always get back to us as soon as possible. I am very pleased we chose Breakey & Co they have been great from start to finish and kept the promises made when Charlotte first came to do the valuation. We had 10 views on the first date and accepted an offer within a week. Another good point was that all the office staff were very helpful. We recently purchased a property which was advertised by Breakey&Co. This was our first home that we bought. From the very first viewing until our last one ( we had three in total ) they were really great. Ella was always responsive to our emails , provided answers that we needed. Comparing Breakey & Co to my previous estate agent and the awful experience I received, so far I only have good things to say. Their communication is pro-active and informative, they are friendly and welcoming and make you feel like they actually care about you and the property you are renting from them. They come across as an organised and knowledgeable company. I have dealt with Lucy mainly and she is lovely.
I have recently sold a property through Breakey & Co and couldn't be happier with their service. We had an evaluation with Breakey and Kelrick and the quality of service we received from both could not have been more different. Breakey & Co were super accommodating especially due to us having to put our property for sale quickly, gave realistic valuations and provided us with advice. We had a follow up e-mail with next steps within minutes after Charlotte left our property and had e-mail confirmations for every single viewing which made it so easy to track. Charlotte was fantastic, the communication was great, all of our questions were answered and next steps explained throughout the process. I love the fact that you can always get through to these guys vs having a nightmare with other estate agents trying to book viewings, we knew people who were interest in our property would have no problem reaching out and booking a viewing.
