We rented a house with Regency. All staff were professional and knowledgeable. The check in / check out process was very easy due to excellent staff communication. The app was easy to navigate and the few issues we had with the property were resolved quickly and efficiently. We were always informed in plenty of time when they would be attending the property for the 6 month review. Our deposit was refunded within a few days of leaving. I would recommend them without hesitation
Having spoken to a couple of other local estate agents it was clear Regency were the more friendly and accommodating agency. Jodie and Saffron were open, friendly and knowledgeable about local properties and pricing. There was no reluctance to tell me what the costs would be and how the selling process works unlike other agencies who seemed coy and reluctant to reveal the details. The whole marketing process went smoothly with photos of the house taken and a great presentation on the website. All the online storefronts like RightMove and Zoopla were posted quickly. So good that the house was sold in 7 days! Fantastic. All in all a great experience with Regency. Highly recommended.
