Beware tenants when it comes to getting your deposit back false claims were added at a later date after the check out report was emailed to me, I requested my deposit being held to be decided by the adjucator...luckily the decision was made in my favour!!!
What makes Lewis William stand head and shoulders above other letting agents within Tyldesley is the staff. Cath & Karen are very fair, honest and strike a good balance between tenant and landlord. If i was asked by either a landlord or someone looking to rent in the area of who I would recommend - hands down I would recommend Cath & Karen.
Just to say a BIG thanks to Cath & Karen for excellent and speedy customer service once again. I called the office as the boiler was not heating hot water. Within an hour Cath called to let me know the electrician was on his way and all was fixed within two hours. :-) I have rented from Lewis William for four years and would highly recommend the Tyldesley and Leigh teams. The staff are always very helpful and personable, you can call or email with any urgent issues as they occur. Wear and tear repairs are noted on the quarterly inspections and dealt with promptly. Karen and Cath are totally fandabidozey!
