   We ordered a custom flush finished walk in shower design which was taken care of by Brij. He checked the design suitability and made sure all fittings were compatible with the manufacturers before ordering.    All bathroom products they sell have major defects. Shower tray defective. Installed a shower bought from them and noticed that is not maintaining hot water temperature from day-1. £200 wasted. Please don’t waste your money by buying from them, they will offer you big discounts, but in true essence they are trying to sell bad products. AVOID!

   Unfortunately this "company" was in charge to do works in my new built (Kitchen and bathrooms). Every single thing they did has major issues, and after more than two years they are still pulling excuses and not rectifying things. To be avoided at all cost, especially their lead person Hiten Raghwani - one of the most unprofessional tradesman you can find.

   STAY AWAY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! We placed a kitchen order which was designed by their brilliant designer who left in January. Since then the experience with the owner Hiten Randwani was chaotic upping the quotation by £10,000, not knowing which kitchen had been agreed, unable to read the kitchen plans. The communication was exceptionally poor, without response to queries, in the end we decided to withdraw and getting our deposit back was nightmarish over a 4 month period. Even though we proposed to go to court to get the refund, this still did not prompt a response. We can see now from the one star reviews, others had similar experiences, with behaviours of obstruction, promises without delivery etc. In the end we had to go to the shop for a "sit in" in which our deposit funds were returned fairly instantly!!! within the hour!!! We have noted the positive reviews regarding the Bathroom Designer - Dipti is a real asset - however disgraceful that the owner leaves his junior staff to deal with something they have no control over. All we wanted to do was to renovate our home, however the whole experience was frustrating, caused delay and upsetting. BTW they begged me to remove this review and would never want anyone to have the same experience. Never again.

   I bought 3 Pelipal bathroom cabinets and glass washbasins - great quality products. Received excellent customer service from Dipti; one of the washbasin came damaged and she managed to get us a replacement with no problem and no fuss. Really happy with the service provided by Dipti.
