   Our whole family have used Acumen a number of times to sell each of our homes. Myself, my brother and sister in law, and most recently my mum have listed our houses with Acumen and cannot rate them highly enough. Jackie in particular, who is not only really personable, but knows everything that is going on at all times! We were kept constantly kept updated and if anything needed chasing up Jackie was doing it. You always feel like you are an individual client rather than just a house to sell.    Recently sold my property with Acumen. Would highly recommend. John came to the house and was very friendly and helpful. Potentially initially the property was marketed slightly too high but I understand he was trying to get the best price for everyone. It did take some months to sell but the market has been slower lately anyway. Ellie has always been helpful and responsive to emails. I did try also try using a local corporate but I did not receive the same level of communication and service from them.

   I have been dealing with Acumen through the lettings team and specifically Paula for the best part of 2 years. Paula has always come across as helpful and friendly. Nothing is to big or to small for them to deal with and most importantly they never bother me and less they need to! I have found their tenant find process brilliant and not once had an issue with a tenant. I would highly recommend Paula and Acumen estates for all your Lettings needs.
