   just wanted to let say how delighted we have been with the service provided in the sale of our house. I am quite sure exchange would not have happened for quite some time without Tilly’s work to make that happen. We are very grateful. People often say one estate agent is like any other but I think you’ve shown the value your company brings with this sale. Big thanks to Louis and Tilly. We don’t intend moving again (ever!/ anytime soon) but will definitely recommend you. Can I also mention Howard and Emily in the rental team who’ve been a joy to work with over the two years you've managed our rental. Very happy all round - you have a great team.

   As landlords, we received excellent service from Emily, Howard and Penny from the lettings team throughout. They were always so efficient and helpful, so quick to update us with anything and we were always so happy they were managing things for us. When it came to selling the house, we also received excellent service from Tilly throughout. Things could have dragged on so much longer if Tilly had not been so proactive and informative. She was amazing. They were all so helpful and efficient, and a pleasure to deal with. We couldn't have been happier that we asked Stuart Rushton & Co to help us with our property.

   I have dealt with many agents over the past 25 years—as an estate agent myself, and also as a buyer, seller, landlord, and tenant—and Stuart Rushton & Co are by far the best I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. My husband and I were relocating four hours away and were unsure which area to look in. The whole team at Stuart Rushton & Co were so knowledgeable and genuinely helped us narrow down the right locations and properties to consider. Their customer service is first class, their local knowledge outstanding, and every single person we dealt with was pleasant, professional, and helpful. Although we didn’t ultimately find a property through them, they continued to offer us advice and guidance on the area, which was invaluable. Sue, the viewing negotiator, has clearly worked with the company for many years and it shows—she was always punctual, extremely knowledgeable, and an absolute breath of fresh air compared to other negotiators I have dealt with, both as a business owner and as a prospective tenant. When I first enquired about properties, I dealt with Emily, who was fantastic—she kept me fully updated and was even available on WhatsApp outside of office hours, which was above and beyond. We also had the pleasure of dealing with Howard, who was equally professional—always on time, very knowledgeable, and quick to respond to any questions over email. As a landlord myself, I would have no hesitation in using Stuart Rushton & Co to let my property. Their advice on both lettings and sales was excellent, and if I were to sell in the area I would certainly put my property on the market with them.

Good job, as we found our dream home and had an offer accepted. We dealt exclusively with Jackie throughout - clear communication, readily accessible and an effective broker between us and the seller on some thorny issues we encountered along the way. We felt incredibly well supported throughout the process.    Amazing service from Stuart Rushton which helped us to secure our dream first home. As first time buyers, we had zero experience of the home buying process but Jackie (our Sales Negotiator) held our hand through every stage. Jackie made time for all of our queries and questions (and there were many); and did so with kindness, non-judgment and professionalism. Not only did Jackie act as sales negotiator on the purchase of our home, but she also supported us through difficulties with our solicitor and was essentially our personal guidance councillor.    After much soul searching we decided to sell our large Victorian family home after twenty years.We had two Estate Agents come to the house and both had different tactics to sell the house but broadly in line on price.Not reassured by the different tactics we called in Stuart Rushton he called the same week, immediately Stuart demonstrated three things, he understood Goostrey is an up and coming Village, excellent transport links, train, airport and motorway.He was also aware of our property through knowing the Developer who was refurbishing and extending the 143 old property, he had seen the property just before the work was started and had detailed knowledge of what was done to the property, this proved invaluable later when giving potential purchasers confidance that it may be an old house but had been refurbished to high standard. Stuart was also aware that with Jodrell Bank at the rear of the property any potential developments will prove to be very difficult.So on the back of Stuart's knowledge and the way he described his team we signed-up. Within two days we met Richard (great video) Harvey and the photographer all within the first week, great brochure backed by the video.the following week 8/9 viewings handled by Harvey the following week three final and best offers, offers were above the asking price and was accepted.The whole process was quick efficient, professional if I phoned the office Lindsay also knew who I was and knew about the property this is a great example of this Agency. Rushton's also gave me great recommendation for Solicitors Rachel Hudson of Knights Plc she was fantastic so from start to finish this emotional journey was completed in just over 7/8 weeks remarkable. This has been a bit of a long winded review but only because Stuart can be proud of his team,Harvey especially, we have no problem in highly recommending Stuart Rushton as the Agency to work with.
