   Stay away from this company. We were promised a room for our cousin, she is new in the country so needed a place to stay urgently to start her uni. Paul promised us that property was available but on the day she was supposed to move in, he sent us an email without any explanation saying that he cannot provide the room. Due to Paul’s behaviour, my cousin’s week has been wasted and now she is in a terrible situation having to stay in a hotel due to this. Paul also blocked our numbers so he wouldn’t have to explain anything.

   Be aware - the owner would let himself into the accommodation unannounced and either turn the heating off or down, even though the rent was inclusive of heating.
