   Went with Academy when we needed a new rental. Kept up to date throughout by Jess and Madison and moved into our new home. Had a leak one night and rung their office 10 minutes before they closed, Jake dealt with it very quickly and within 30 minutes of me ringing their office Chris was at the door to help! Cant thank the four of them enough, made a super stressful situation that much easier to deal with.

   I’ve had 9 years experience if Academy, mainly through their Letting services which have been excellent. They’re quick, professional and meticulous in their record-keeping. My main contact was Jess who played an exemplary role in the management of my properties. Latterly, I used their Sales ‘arm’ and found that Madison and Jake took a similar approach to client service - professional and thorough in their communication and attention to the details that were important to me. At every stage the questions I posed, and updates I requested were supplied quickly and cheerfully. Would definitely recommend this agency if you are thinking of buying/selling a property or if you want to eliminate the headache of managing a let.

It's been a long process but the support and professionalism has been outstanding. I couldn't of asked for anymore and would highly recommend them.    We have just used Academy to sell our family home due to the sad passing of our dad. From start to finish Madison and Jake have been fantastic. They have supported us throughout the process with kind words as they knew how hard this was for us. They kept us up to date with everything that was going on their end. Chasing solicitors when things went quiet. The WhatsApp group with Madison was a brilliant way to keep in touch. When Madison was on leave Jake would give us a courtesy call to keep us updated if and when needed. The whole process went smoothly with no problems and this I believe is down to the brilliant job Madison and Jake do. We would definitely recommend using Academy Estate Agents.

   Fantastic service for a very reasonable price. Fixed fee for the sale of our house, which was 1/3rd of the price that other agents quoted. We were kept constantly updated on the progress and Abby and Madison responded very quickly to any questions we had by email. Phone was always answered within 3 rings. Highly recommend them.

   Absolutely stellar service from Abby at Academy who sold my house. From our first discussion right through to completion her communication has been excellent. Responds to emails within record time and is always chasing either the other party or solicitors to ensure you are appraised at every stage. Listing my property was done within 24 hours and a list of viewings ensued with an offer the following day. Could not recommend enough and if my location and circumstances require the services of Academy in the future, I would not hesitate to consult them.
