    We ordered our kitchen from Howdens in Potters Bar and very happy with our experience! From the start they were very communicative and helpful. We got the Elmbridge shaker kitchen and are really pleased with the look and quality of it, and the price came in cheaper than quotes from other companies. There were a few little blips along the way (which I’m sure happens with all companies), but the manager (Steve) was really helpful in getting things sorted rapidly! Thank you PB Howdens!

    They cancelled my appointment twice! 1st appointment was a no show and when I called they said the person that was due to come was ill and no one had picked the phone up to tell Me. 2nd appointment they called me the day before to tell me they can’t make the rearranged appointment! This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional - I highly recommend you go to another Howdens if you want an appointment.

    I would not recommend them at all. They are all about making money and squeezing customer. Their product is also average for the price not the best in the market.Save your money look somewhere else.
