   We were recommended to use Malibu Bathrooms by our builders, and from our very first visit, we knew we were in good hands. Mehul guided us through all the design options for our bathroom, shower room, and cloakroom with exceptional knowledge and attention to detail. We chose to go ahead with Malibu because we were truly impressed by Mehul’s expertise and his meticulous approach throughout the process. Even with several changes on our part, Mehul was always patient, understanding, and willing to help. He consistently showed great care, was readily available to discuss any questions, and always found practical solutions to any challenges we faced.    I use to buy all my bathroom feelings from Malibu when Bob was still in the shop. I went there for toilet feelings and they was this rude bold sales man that was absolutely unhelpful and unpleasant. Thank God for the second sales man with hair that was very kind to help me.

   We used Malibu to design our family bathroom and downstairs WC. Absolutely amazing options within our budget. Niren helped us choose our bathroom according to our needs and was very accommodating. Delivery was on time. We were able to exchange the shower tray for a bigger size with ease and also returned left over tiles with no issues. Very happy with the final result and would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you!

   Very disappointing service . I ordered quooker tap and quooker filter and I went for pick up they didn’t give me my whole order instead they mislead me by saying that quooker boiling water tank is filter and over a month they had my item with them me not knowing and when it is time to install then I was told by my plumber that this is only boiling water and not filter because I had no idea about the product what comes with it. I try to call them they said they had filter with them and they didn’t even call me and when I went to pick up they said it is not a rocket science to install it u can do it now as well Very un professional service please check your order before you leave

   Avoid at all Cost no customer service at all. will try everything they can to avoid replacing a faulty item (you only have 24 hour period to report faulty item from purchase time). how is that possible. who check items in 24 hour and have the time to go back to replace it. Scammer Avoid unless you want trouble to yourself.

   Very nice discovery,great bathroom,kitchen ,bedroom showroom.Great choice of varied well known brands and some exclusive too.Amazing range of tiles.Settings of bathroom settings in various sizes give one an idea and puts ones project into perspective.Nice helpful staff.Plumbing department too for the fitting one might née to complete the job.Am going to return with a properly booked appointment with my bathroom/shower project measurements so the gentlemen by the name of Sandeep can give me an estimate for my project and see what price for the equipment.Will update once done.
