Not even one star, absolutely disgusting No response, they don’t fix anything if you have issues with house or your room , you can have NO cleaner for 4/5 months, landlord doesn’t SPEND ANY MONEY, the most important thing he taking money every month…. What a poor service , think very carefully if you are going to use ResiLets
Very happy with Resi lets , easy to contact and communicate with , Bella is brilliant we’ve been tenants for a few years now and Bella’s always very attentive and gets any works needed done quite promptly but is also respectable , friendly aswell as having a good professional manner
The heating works perfectly, the bathrooms and washrooms are okay-they are well ventilated and the agent is always ready to respond to any issues and perform a further follow up. In addition, the kitchen is wide enough and very spacious lounge and the internet is reliable.
