   We have just completed the installation of a fabulous kitchen from Modulnova as well as Modulnova bathrooms, wardrobes from San Giacomo and an elegant library wall from Lema. From the outset DesignSpace London have been exceptional. Simon helped us with the design over multiple visits and several changes of mind and was at all times patient, thoughtful and full of creative ideas. The result is even better than we could ever have imagined. The installation was well planned and completed within the proposed timescale. Chris and Lillian were thorough, efficient and well organised with an incredible eye for detail. Nothing was too much trouble and they went about their work with great good humour. Communication with DesignSpace London has been excellent. Even though this was a long process, the attention to detail and regular updates from Gary kept us informed throughout the process. Following installation, Chris and Lillian returned to ensure that we were satisfied with everything and happily addressed any small issues that we had noticed. Gary also returned to sign off only once he was satisfied that everything had been done to their very exacting standards. I have to say that in terms of creative design, installation efficiency and attention to detail DesignDpace London are exceptional. The level of customer service is literally off the scale and I would recommend them unreservedly. It's rare to find a combination of creativity, excellent communication and efficiency and DesignSpace London deliver it in spades.

   We absolutely love our kitchen from DesignSpace - combining Modulnova units (base units, wall units, and huge floor-to-ceiling cabinets) Crittall-style doors into a walk-in pantry and custom-built island. Gary's design was brilliant - from drawing to real life more than meeting our expectations. Working with him has been a pleasure every step of the way, taking our feedback on board and pushing hard on the design. The installation team led by Chris were fantistic and any issues along the way were resolved quickly and satisfactorily.

   Richard’s experience when designing our kitchen, bathrooms and wardrobes was extremely comforting. He’s worked with all of the top developers in London so knows his craft inside out. The team who fitted the kitchen were also brilliant, finishing on time, we love the end product. Highly recommend.

   We have been using DSL for nearly 10 years and are the only place we go for our kitchens and wardrobes. We develop high end flats in SW London and the service we receive from start to finish is top notch. The designer integrates seamlessly with our site team to co-ordinate drawings and surveys. We're always kept up to date with delivery and install dates, the install team are quick and efficient and work with us if there are any unforeseen issues on site. The estate agents use our flats as the benchmark to show other developers what they should be doing to be competitive, and the kitchen is key to that. The quality of the kitchens is so good, I have one in my house!

   I’m giving this place one star because Google does not have an option for zero stars. This kitchen “design studio” is lucky enough to be in a prime location in London. Wigmore Street. DO NOT LET THAT FOOL YOU. Their prices are NOT competitive. They offer you an extremely low quality kitchen for the same price as any other designer kitchen. The only difference with design space is that they DON’T OFFER CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE QUALITY IS BELLOW LOW, the after care service is non existent. Try to speak to the “designer”. Richard the guy who design the kitchen for us doesn’t bother returning emails or phone calls. My first meeting with him I spent two hours talking to him. HE NEVER EMAILED ME BACK. He ASSUMED I didn’t want the kitchen. And after we decided to get the kitchen from them HE NEVER REPLIES TO EMAILS OR RETURN PHONE CALLS. Don’t bother trying to speak to him. This because we bought a kitchen that cost 110K ( ONE HUNDRED AND TEN THOUSAND POUNDS )!!!!!! This is how much we paid for our kitchen. The cabinets arrived bent, THEY ARE STILL BENT, the STAINED MDF, yes, stained MDF, for 110K, is actually what the name says. STAINED. It’s full of marks everywhere. On the fridge door it looks like a 2 year old was drawing with a sharpie. Of course I’ll post photos to show what I’m writing. The cabinets doors are all loose. The pantry door is bent. All the drawers on our island are on different levels. Yes. They are NOT aligned. Our oven FELL OFF THE CABINET. Yes. FELL OFF. The doors on the glass cabinets are different sizes. Actually, ALL furniture is not the same size. The soft door close is terrible. Doesn’t work. The cooker and extractor fan were installed but don’t work properly. The silicone sealant around the stove is terrible. Ugly and terribly applied. We chose metal plinths which have NEVER BEEN DELIVERED. And guess what? Richard won’t speak to us. I had an amazing kitchen lined up for our house with a reputable company. We were convinced by our architects to buy from these people. DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. The only things we are happy about our kitchen are our appliances and the worktop stone. The rest is a big disappointment. Now I have to live with this. We spent well over our budget trying to build the kitchen of our dreams and are left with a nightmare that won’t last 5 years. Do your research. Modulnova kitchens and design space are not reputable enough and they don’t care for their customers. Most kitchen shops offer to come to your house after installation to help with planning where the utensils, pots, pans go and also they come and show how your new appliances work. Design space left everything thrown around. The spice rack, which is not fully stained, the knife rack, which is not fully stained and TERRIBLE design, the in drawer compartments for utensils, Richard just supposed what we needed. He never asked how many or where we wanted them. Actually there was zero communication from him. Please look at our photos and you might have an idea of what 110K gets you at design space. As you can see from the photos the cabinets are all bent, not aligned. It’s less than Ikea quality for an extortionate amount of money. At least at ikea you have the guarantee of a big company’s customer service. At design space you have NOTHING. Our kitchen has been in use for less than 5 months. It’s July now. We moved in on the 26th Feb 23.

   Bought a MODULNAVA kitchen 3 years ago :( the first year the doors started to chip For two Kerlite kitchen door replacing and fixing they gave me a quote over 3000£!!! Don't buy MODULNOVA !!!i am regretting A LOT!!!

   Meant to fit my kitchen in October. Turned up in December. left it half finished and came back in February Again left it unfinished came back in march again left it unfinished. now can't get a date of them when they are coming back keep blaming the supplier when it seems to me they have ordered the wrong parts. Stupidly paid them the whole balance up front be aware great product very poor service.
