   Delivery was scheduled for Friday - no sign of such, re-scheduled by supplier for Saturday - again no sign of delivery. Delivered on Monday - arrived 45min before the provided time window. Kerbside delivery actually meant for ourselves to unload from the wagon as load was could not be lowered by the ramp due lack of equipment 1.35 tonnes of material was send to be unloaded with a hand pallet truck. Worst delivery's experience ever. P.S Driver was polite and kindly waited for the delivery time window, although he should have been aware of that prior his arrival.

   Received a tonne of coal today. Chap who delivered was called Craig, what a great guy. We live on a very steep hill, he had to get the pallet off the back of his wagon which was a very tricky job, my heart was in my mouth watching him. This lad gets 10/10 for professionalism and courtesy *****.

   I live near the Pink Company and I am sick of them flouting the noise times for bringing wagons in and out. I approached them about this quite a while ago and they denied it. Last night at just after 2am I was woken by wagons coming in and out. This is a regular occurrence. I have now put it in the hands of environmental health noise pollution and they are going to be around the premises at certain times throughout the night to check what is happening there. If they have this much disregard for the people living close by god help there customers.

   Attempted to return a five-piece garden furniture set worth £2,000 to the original retailer using Pink Link, who then lost it. This was in mid-March. It is now almost three months since the items were sent and we are nowhere near a resolution. They have been setting up the insurance claim on their end for near enough three weeks and I keep having to email for updates. Going to have to go through small claims to recover the money. Avoid.

   Really shocking and poor service no other words for it , for two days running I have waited for a delivery the second day the supplier I ordered from assured me it would be delivered by this company within a two hour window both times I have been given a two hour delivery slot usually this was sent within an hour into the delivery slot given, and both times it hasn't arrived, I realise we are in unprecedented times but if your not going to deliver as promised at least have the common decency to contact the customer and be honest with them , I am very understanding if you are upfront and honest , I wouldn't mind but their company is my hometown so there really are no excuses, I'm leaving it to the supplier of the goods to sort out , would I recommend you use pink link , well no I wouldn't, not now .

   please avoid sending your goods with them, they damaged a number of my items which cost over £2000 and when it came to paying me out on insurance , they didnt pay me and i had to go to court to get them to pay me out, very dishonest company and will never use again
