   Asked for a design / estimate. Odd experience kept being interrupted by Derek taking calls and asking his colleague to do things that could have waited. Seemed disorganised. He complained another customer had arrived to his colleague - shes been in here every day this week Wanted me to pay up front ? I had some questions which were never answered via email but he kept calling me for weeks afterwards. Also concerning I couldn't find any reviews anywhere. No social media. No trade sites. Nothing.

   I had my kitchen done last year and paid almost 20K (including appliances). Honestly the worst decision of the life life time. The installer Cranston and his team are most un-trust worthy person I have ever faced. Funny part is I have paid them additional 200pounds asking them to come and finish the remaining work but still no response. The owner Derek will keep on saying that I will come and do the inspection but that never happens. 12months on and the kitchen is still incomplete. Avoid them

   Have my kitchen from this Company, very reliable supplier with excellent customer service manners. My kitchen arrived on time without any damages and of good quality. Needed some extra shelf, David was very helpful - not only got one for me, but also delivered it for free. Will need some more units in a future - will not hesitate to place my order with MDK. Would highly recommend! We are really missing such customer's approach nowadays, thank you Dave so much!

   ordered my kitchen from MDK. delivery date 15th of August. Cabinets turned up, my wife had to help driver unload.1 cabinet was wrong, no doors, appliances, worktops. When I asked when to expect them. I was told worktop company are a law unto themselves? Paul should have given me an itinerary ( he still hasn't). Bits turned up over next few days, doors turned up, some missing and all of them wrong.After the survey 3 units were reduced in size, when I asked about a reduction in cost I was told, it's only £10 it's just the back of the unit????. my latest delivery completion is currently sometime after the 19th September. I am not holding my breath

   I had been to a few companies looking for a new kitchen but no one took the time to understand what I wanted and just tried to sell me what they wanted! until I met David at MDK Kitchens who was the only person who listened and then worked with me to come up with the perfect design. My kitchen has now been completed and it is exactly what I wished for. Everything happened as David said it would. The delivery arrived on time and then Chris the fitter worked really hard with very little disruption to myself. I couldn't be more pleased with my new kitchen and already a couple of my friends have contacted MDK for their new kitchen.
