We live in Dulwich / Crystal Palace and recently put a deposit down on our new kitchen, and I honestly couldn’t have had a better experience. Valentina S. helped us throughout and was fantastic. I realised after the appointment, I’d taken so much of her time, ironing all the details, and she didnt make me feel bad at all! (Appointment was 1 hour and i was the ere for 2.5hr) We visited a number of places beforehand, including Wickes, Magnet and B&Q, and I’m really confident and happy with our decision to go with Wren. Valentina wasn’t pushy at all; she showed a genuine interest in what would work best for us and brought real expertise and enthusiasm to the process. She helped design a kitchen that truly feels right for our home. Shes the reason we choose wren. I also appreciate Wren’s range of options and their deposit system is excellent. £10k is a significant amount of money, so it’s reassuring to know we can execute the project when it suits us, make changes if needed, and still lock in some great promotions! I went from stressed and overwhelmed, to excited and relieved.

I really regret choosing Wren Kitchens, especially the Croydon branch. I’d read reviews saying things started well and went downhill after, and unfortunately that’s exactly what happened. Even though our designer seemed great, the communication afterwards was terrible. On the first day of getting the quotation, we asked for flatpack kitchen but after making minor changes of removing and adding, they automatically added infinity kitchen without our permission without asking. We didn’t expect this to happen. Though my husband and I noticed increases in the pricing, when we asked about the reasons as to why, we were told this was the costs of appliances. We were not told it was due to the change to infinity kitchens. Due to not having prior experience, we only noticed infinity kitchen had been purchased after the delivery, ultimately that was the reason why the price increased drastically, not due to appliances like we were told . On the day of the delivery, as soon as realising the error, I visited the branch and was rudely brushed of and not communicated with appropriately, being told my husband and I have come in too many times making too many changes and accused us of making the change to infinity kitchen even though we hadn’t. The members of staff told us they could not help in any way and we4 have to talk to customer services. It felt as though the politeness was only until we made are payment and from there onwards they took no accountability. Customer service told us to read the agreement. We don’t buy kitchens everyday, this is a new experience. After finalising out designs, the woman that served us did not bother to go through the design patiently with us again, talking through colours and choices. Unprofessionally disregarding us and saying she wants to go home, rushing us into signing a contract for something we did not get the chance to check. We are unfairly expected to know everything already and not taught and clearly educated about the design. These are the ways innocent people are being tricked into paying for something unapproved of. We have not opened our kitchen yet, and I am yet to know there state we have received it. I know many people have received kitchens with missing and damaged parts. If I find any issues upon checking, I’ll have to take the issues further. My husband and I had separate design appointments and made changes, but no one ever fully went through the final plan before sending the contract. Instead, I was rushed to sign to “meet the delivery schedule.” I thought I was buying a flat-pack kitchen, but later found out we’d somehow been charged for a fully built one—something that was never clearly explained. Customer service was rude both on the phone and in the showroom, and now I’m left with a brand-new kitchen that isn’t what I wanted. I wasn’t made aware of the difference between “Vogue” (flat pack) and “Infinity” (fully built) until after the fact. Overall, a really stressful and disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend Wren to anyone. I expect to be hearing back from the appropriate team soon regarding this issue.

Really happy with the kitchen and service received in design from Zunaina at Thornton Heath branch. Had to make alterations to design three times at Zunaina always made alterations happily. Couple of doors came damaged and received new ones within three days without any issues. Would recommend Wrens on price and quality.

I was a little apprehensive about Wren, as I had heard so much negative feedback online. But I needn't have worried because I had a great experience with Wren Croydon. The designer was really nice and came up with lots of solutions for some awkward areas I had in the space. I had lots of ideas, and the designer indulged me with lots of layout options, so I could see what I could get. I really appreciated this! There was no pressure, no hard sales pitch. The delivery went smoothly too - they were communicative, on time and respectful of my home. I did use my own fitter though, as I wanted to use someone recommended to me, who could do building work, dry fit and plumbing/electrical works (rather than just the dry fit). I am very happy with the end result. Thank you Wren!

Thank you very much Wren Croydon and team for all your help and good service. Special thanks to Dagmara, our designer, for all your help and advice on designing our new kitchen. It looks just like you showed us it will look like. We are super happy with the result. Dagmara was very professional, friendly and honest when suggesting the right kitchen for us and she listened and accommodated every request without problem. She was supportive along the way until the end. Thank you so much again.

After an initial convincing design , last month we had our kitchen delivered, and that's when the issues begun ! It was quiet shocking to see how many mistakes were made in 1 job : between appliances never delivered , others were too big , an entire Tek-wall forgotten and other countless little errors we had to take time off work and sorted it all out ourselves . The waste collectors came 4 times as the first 3 times they had a van full from other collections and couldn't pick up almost anything , not sure why they came at all . Our designer was initially very professional and reassuring , then suddenly too busy to pick up the phone or reply emails ! Long story short , a week ( and almost 15k ) later our kitchen was done and i asked for compensation for all we had to go through , their best offer was £100 ( sent by check which i still haven't received ) . Absolute JOKE ! Stay away from these people ...

Brilliant experience getting my kitchen designed at Wren Kitchens. My designer, Yangbo Tan, was amazing. She came up with loads of good ideas, was really patient with all of my questions and changes to the original plan, and most importantly she was thoroughly professional and knowledgeable. A very good customer experience.

I absolutely love my Infinity Plus Milano kitchen in Bianco Satin. It has transformed my kitchen and my home and looks beautiful plus the quality is amazing! I was assisted by lovely Kelly Green at Wren Kitchens in Croydon- Kelly was absolutely amazing in helping me plan my kitchen and was knowledgeable and so friendly. She answered all of my follow up questions ( even the silly ones) via phone and email and was really reassuring. I really recommend Kelly!!! My delivery was on time apart from the extractor fan ( which they allowed me to find my own and refunded me for the one which didn’t arrive). But in all I found the process very smooth and professional and am very pleased with my new kitchen.
