Leeanne and Richard have been amazing throughout the whole of my time purchasing my new home. I was able to contact Leeanne any time during the offer process and getting Richard to contact me on the day to discuss mortgage applications was a massive help. Leeanne was there for me via phone and email and nothing was too much trouble for her that day. She even stayed back late so she could deal with all parties involved in the offer process and we were not waiting over the weekend. I met with Amber at first, she worked very quickly and efficiently with photographing the house, which was put on sale that very day. I was kept informed of all viewings which I really appreciated. A few days later I was informed of progress by Leeanne. Leeanne was great, she worked so hard to get a fair offer for me, I can't thank her enough! Leeanne has been brilliant with our buying process so far. As FTB it’s a daunting process but Leeanne called us immediately to tell us all the documentation we would need and put our offer forward to the seller almost immediately which resulted in our offer being accepted. She even arranged calls with mortgage advisors and sent over quotes for conveyancing while the offer was going through, making everything as easy and slick as possible. I cannot recommend Whitegates Walton Vale highly enough. Amber came out to give me a valuation & take photographs very promptly.
