Was not expecting to hear back so quickly, but he made magic happen on a Friday evening for a pickup the following morning (Saturday!) at 9am! They made the entire process super easy and quick, which is a massive help. The items arrived ahead of schedule and on the same day. We also booked for the items to be returned from Liverpool to London and they were picked up at a time that suited us and delivered back in time for the deadline.
