   Terrible, rude service. I came to pick up some parcels, and the man kept raising his voice at me and got angry when I pointed out that he hadn't given me one of the parcels. He started to throw me out of the shop, saying that he had already given me everything he had. I would be afraid to come back there.

   Only get there with your larger parcel within 10minutes of the van arriving otherwise you'll be met with the most accommodating customer service... well if what you want accommodating is your own opportunity to get frustrated, swear, and then be told to never to return to the shop. Wholly unhelpful from the off, and I'm writing this as catharsis as evidently it's a common complaint for many and yet they can still get away with an abrupt and dismissive manner.

   Would put 0 stars if I could. Terrible customer service the last few times I've been. Don't bother using Evri, they don't care. Typical corner shop run by 'typical' people. Evri should use a better location.

   Why can you not speak with anyone at Evri. My parcel has been stuck in a return locker for 1 week no and nobody is collecting it. Customer service is Rubbish.
