Excellent service--arrived on time for pick up and deliered swiftly. Offered to help carry the electric piano even though the conditions of service don't oblige the driver to carry things Several advance notifications of arrival were sent to the pickup site and delivery site so that both were ready. We were impressed.
Forgot my dress in Edinburgh while I was near Perth for a wedding. India was extremely helpful calling the hotel herself when my phone was not receiving calls due to being international. I forgot my dress around 2-3pm and had it by 6pm. Thank you so much for helping me

GLORIOUS! The special notes I added were respected, the delivery was quick and to the point. I am so grateful for this company and would definitely use them again! I needed to get my meds from Southampton to Bournemouth, while I was going through withdrawal and very unwell because someone messed up my prescriptions, I am on a lot of medications and some I depend on to stay alive/safe so you can imagine my relief when someone was finally able to pick up my meds and get them straight to me after going through withdrawal for about a week and being in the worst of it when the delivery came & I could finally take my treatment again. You might think “why didn’t you just call the chemist, have an emergency prescription sent before or show up at the GP” unfortunately I am disabled and therefore cannot do phone calls and it is almost impossible for me to reach the surgery in person on my own (definitely 100% impossible during withdrawal as I could barely move and it was to vomit every 20 ish mins), my support worker usually helps with it all and it’s worked that way for years until my last support worker was sent off to a different company and I’ve been left without help for months since. I kept trying various ways to get in contact with my GP surgery, without any success (my GP surgery has been a mess ever since I can remember, they’re surely very understaffed but that’s not their fault) and after FINALLY being able to get my prescriptions to a chemist, it was sent to Southampton. Unfortunately before that was communicated to me I was stuck in Bournemouth with withdrawal so imagine my relief when I found a company that would deliver my treatment to me after this whole ordeal and didn’t cost £200. I don’t think I could describe how thankful I was (and still am) and even though the price was steep for my means, it’s actually reasonable pricing and I’d pay it again because they really got me out of a jam and potentially needing to be hospitalized, which would’ve been adding insult to injury at that point as I have trauma linked to how I was previously badly treated at the hospital so I was very glad I wouldn’t need to go. It might be overstating it but it feels as though this service saved my life, I was doing very bad, I have a lot of health issues yet never felt physically so poorly in my entire life. I could go on and on but you get it. This is probably the most thought-through, sincere and the most positive review I’ve ever written. It took me a while to write it due to unforeseen circumstances but I am just so happy with the service, I’ve kept the email about reviewing until I could post. This all happened months ago but I will never forget it. Thank you Stride, truly!
