    Absolutely shocking - wasted 2 hrs of my life trying to return a package to the USA. They had me down as the "Democratic Republic of Congo" and I could not change nor contact them!! Resolved to drop off at Castleford only to get a phone message saying they charge 7p per minute and sit in a queue!! Still not resolved!!

    I paid £45 for the installation and removal of a washing machine via Argos, my flooring was damaged during this process by the delivery team and after sending in evidence and speaking to customer service about what happened I was basically called a liar and refused any compensation or apology. The damage I reported was not pre-existing in that area and not caused by myself. I have asked customer service to speak to the team involved again to get a more accurate account and have heard nothing back. Disgusting customer service so I will be taking it further via Argos and hopefully they will be more responsive.
