I’ve used this bag over the years. The staff have always been very friendly and polite. It’s always clean and tidy every time I’ve been in. It’s not been that busy which is perfect because it means they have more time to prioritise your food. Never had an issue with itwould recommend
Me and my family came here and it was great. As we entered it was empty which was great for us. We placed our order on the self service screens and within 20minutes our food was here which was quite quick. The workers were very nice and the place was tidy and food was good the chips were a little salty but overall amazing. This might be one of the best, tidiest and kindest burger king I've been to.
Your typical service which you would expect from most Burger King stores. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The self-service kiosks are straightforward to use. Food came within a reasonable amount of time. A good amount of seating inside and car parking spaces were more than adequate. The toilets however were below par and needed some attention.
At this particular Burger King restaurant, the food generally meets expectations, served hot and fresh during peak times. However, in the evenings the food could be more disappointing. Also the drive-thru area could use some attention, with overgrown plants and a dated appearance. But what truly disappoints is the fizzy drink selection. On almost every occassion the fizzy drinks are flat & never chilled, leaving them tasting dull and uninspiring. Especially on a warm/hot day. Despite its highs and lows, this Burger King remains a passable stop for a quick bite during certain hours, but with plenty of room for improvement.
Saturday evening 8:30pm. Rushed at drive through, stale burger, below par, employees seemed unbothered and rude. Made a big deal about bagging our burger in a separate bag, employee goes quiet then manager comes on shouting on about one order per car, fine so we said same order but separate bag. Still a issue? There was not a single car queued up so not like they were rushed off their feet. Anyway, litterally hard cold burger. Paid £30+ for a rude rushed unapologetic service. Last time me or my family will be going to Burger King. Recommend nobody else waste their hard earned money for it either.
Not the best Burger King I've ever been to. Food was ok, but the bathroom was terrible filthy and bleached so strongly it resembled a swimming pool, soaking wet and slippery too.
As much as to be expected from a fast food establishment-staff were polite and friendly, food was OK and edible. We were planning on eating in but after walking into the building it was so cold that you could see your breath. I'm not expecting tropical temperatures in the middle of an English winter but it really was ridiculously cold so got back in the car and went through the drive-thru instead.
It was cold inside the seating area. Staff need training. Food was cold, We took the chips back for a fresh and hot replacement. Burgers were just about warm and if we had more time then the burgers would have been taken back.
Used BK app on Friday night .. got great deal on food. I ordered chicken royale meal. The food was nice , hot and well packed. The reason for knocking one star down is for staff been very unfriendly. Asked a guy serving behind the counter if he could serve but he was very rude and started with no and then said “we are very busy , use the kiosks”. I also confirmed if we could use app vouchers on kiosks ? He pointed at the kiosk again and said “Click use my voucher “ on their. So 4/5. Not sure if I will go again there.
