Taylor just completely stopped responding to emails and as a result really delayed my project. Ended up swapping to another branch and starting all over again.
They have a patience for the customer like myself, much appreciated!!
Excellent customer service, and very quick and efficient with the service. They don’t rush you, but hey straight to the point. Free tea and coffee for customers so you can’t go wrong with a visit there!
I visited the Sydenham site and was very impressed with the service. Whitney, was not only knowledgeable, she was very patient and genuinely tried to help me to make the right choices.
All the staff at Howdens Sydenham are really helpful and nice. They go out of their way to help assist the customer. I'm really pleased that I chose them to supply my kitchen.
