   Avoid this company at all costs! You might think their financing will help you, but don't fall for that. The moment your products are delivered, they will completely ignore you. I've escalated my issue to Citizens Advice and am waiting for a resolution. I'll update this post later with more details. This company only creates stress, which is probably why their Google rating is so low.

   We were helped by Thamara today in the planning of our complicated kitchen. She worked with our requirements closely, was open with us about the prices of things and openly suggested ways for us to minimize our costs while maintaining the look we wanted. She spoke proficiently about the pros and cons of each material and drew up plans very quickly and skillfully. She was very professional and clearly has a huge amount of experience. We were really pleased with the service we got today and would definitely recommend.

   I would not recommend this shop at all. The customer service is absolutely ridiculous and the worst is, if you haven't bought a kitchen before you might not know that a good company sorts out the meeting, project, payment and schedule date in a weeks time. We had the absolute worst experience with their seller never replying in time to any communication, never updating the plans according to our requests in time and rescheduling simple things like the visit to our place to measure the kitchen a couple of times due to poor organisation. Obviously, the same applies to the request for refund, no replies and then a really late reply saying they're looking into it now. We sorted our new kitchen in a weeks time with their competitor and are really happy.

   Hello, Michael was incredibly helpful not only in the design of the kitchen, helping us get maximum use of the available space, and accomodating some slightly eccentric requests. He also went far beyond the level of customer service that I would have expected during the build, sourcing extra items, even those out of stock, and delivering them to the house. The kitchen looks great and I would definately recommend Magnet Clapham.

   Michael has gone above and beyond any expectations. I hit a few bumps along the way with my kitchen installation, but it’s fair to say Michael smoothed them out calmly and efficiently. I would highly recommended you opt for the magnet kitchen fitters to undertake the work, it may be more expensive, but trust me, it’ll be more than worth it in the end.

I really enjoyed working with Michael it’s almost felt like we were friends at the end! And he’s designed an amazing kitchen from scratch always giving amazing advice. I really recommend!
