I went to howdens to get new kitchen units the staff, in there are extremely friendly professional and Helpful. two in particular stood out Wayne and amen they were so helpful and friendly and listened to what I needed i couldn’t recommend enough. If there was 10 stars, I’d give 10 stars five just does not cut it. Extremely professional. I will definitely go back and recommend thank you for all your help ❤️

Could not have had a worse experience from the Peckham depot. Seriously, avoid ordering from here at all costs unless you want to waste your time and money being gaslight by some of the worst in the business. From the start, we received awful service. In our initial design appointment with Sanjeev, he offered absolutely no help, and we ended up just going through the brochure on our own. When it came to the order arriving, we also realised he had given us information about particular items that turned out to be completely made up and it became clear he was paying no attention whatsoever. Some of the basic things that should be taken into consideration were not, such as not explaining that the bin we had ordered wouldn't fit under the sink we had ordered, and when we asked whether we could stain the shelves we had ordered, we were told we could, only to find out this was not, and never had been the case. These incompetent mistakes totally threw off our budget, as we then had to source items from elsewhere. When the order did arrive, half the items were missing and many were the wrong thing. It took over three weeks to have everything we actually ordered delivered after us having to chase on each missing item individually. When we were finally able to get to installing everything, we noticed that many of the units were damaged. The final cherry on top of the super stressful cake that had been this experience. When I called the Depot manager to discuss the matter with her, she genuinely told me "well, it's your word against ours isn't it?". I've honestly never received such terrible customer service ever. I would say that maybe you'd fare better at another branch of Howdens, but after receiving such awful service from the depot, I chose to escalate the issue to the main Customer Service team who, after me calling them a number of times, took almost three months to reply to me with a generic email with half of the facts stated incorrectly. If you've made it reading this review this far, thank you for indulging this rather therapeutic exercise of mine, but seriously, do yourself a favour and do not order your kitchen here.

Excellent manager, staff, snacks and service. Not a rushed feeling at all. Just be ready with your measurements and requirements as makes the experience really worth while for your project....allowing you to get a realistic idea of cost etc.
