   I’d been advised that my purchase was next day delivery. When it didn’t arrive I queried it by email. The item included alcohol so I assumed (wrongly) that they would require ID so I’d waited in. I got no apology just that it was scheduled for the day after. It didn’t arrive. I emailed again. I got no reply but thankfully it arrived the following day. Then I got a very dismissive email from them. Their Customer services have incredibly poor communication skills but the person who (eventually) delivered it was fine. He earned their single star as the rest deserve none.

   Shocking. Did not give me time to get to the door and took the parcel away. They can't leave the parcel like any other company. The woman in customer services was loud and aggressive and downright rude.

   Great experience with this company. I was out for first delivery attempt which I rearranged for following day. Telephoned 16:00 hrs to check if parcel was still going to be delivered and spoke to a very helpful polite customer service representative, she assured me parcel was out for delivery. Parcel arrived 5:50 that evening. Delivery driver polite and cheerful despite it being 6.00 pm, Friday night and pouring with rain. Thank you all concerned for fulfilling the delivery. DM

   Used LPC to have a leaf blower collected from London and shipped back to their depot in Leeds, dealt with by the office staff who were very helpful . Parcel arrived next working as requested so I have a happy customer. First class all round .

   Breathtakingly incompetent, perishable parcel not delivered, went to collect from depot and got the impression that they were auditioning for Fawlty Towers, I was told that no attempt had been made to deliver, "because we have no drivers",!!! when I suggested that this was their problem the response was, "no it's yours!!!".

   I use LPC to ship beer from my business, Ilkley Brewery, all across the UK, and have seen significant improvement from the company we used previously. They handle significants numbers for us, and their next day service has a very high success rate. Their customer service team are always very quick to respond and help resolve queries.

   I emailed a query regarding my delivery whilst the depot was closed. Billy Smith called me back promptly in the morning to discuss it. He was really friendly and very helpful sorting my delivery issue quickly so that I could receive my order that day. I also got a text and email with an ETA which was really helpful. Thanks LPC!

   Awful every step of the way. We would not use them again for any of our transport needs. Very un reliable on pick up and deliveries, the office tell you they are on their way when they haven't even set off. Very Very poor, im not sure how they are still operating. I would give zero stars if possible.

   Had a food delivery that was due on a Sat, it never appeared. It was then promised for the following Wed, never appeared. We are now 10 days on and zero communication and guess what? It NEVER APPEARED. There are endless examples in reviews and the predictable apology, BUT NOTHING CHANGES! Worst service ever and as an international trainer I will use this as the perfect example of ineptitude and not caring about customers
