GORDON is absolutely rudist person I ever met and and speaks down to you like your something of his shoe. sadly he's the manager so nothing will get done about him.

Belvoir Chester have been managing my property for nearly 10 years and I have to say that Gordon and his team in Chester have been superb all these years. They have been extremely professional and quick to respond to any complaints from tenants and any instructions from ourselves. Our property is an old Victorian terrace house which can be fraught with issues including a leaking roof, damp and sticking wooden doors. We have dealt with these issues swiftly with Gordon and Sarah's help. Void periods have been kept to the minimum and each time the property goes back to the market, it gets snapped up within a few days. Gordon is extremely experienced with identifying and trouble shooting issues and have a good range of tradesmen to provide more expert help when needed. Happy to recommend !!!
