   We purchased a kitchen with Magnet in 2022 for a considerable sum, unfortunately it was installed incorrectly and has not stood the test of time. We noticed part of the Quartz worktop was completely unsupported which presented a danger of it collapsing under weight. The kitchen panels and doors have bubbled, chipped easily, warped and the paint has peeled off. Even following manufacturers guidelines on cleaning and maintenance, it hasn't stood up to a few years of domestic use. This is beyond what would be expected for reasonable wear and tear. I have given magnet every opportunity to rectify these issues, namely fix the unsupported worktop and compensate us for the sub par product. We have paid a premium for cheap quality MDF and paint that peels off. We've had a response from magnet but no satisfactory resolution which is very poor and why I'm writing this review. I won't be using them again and will ask my friends and family to avoid them.

   Would have loved to design my new kitchen with Magnet and had booked in a virtual appointment with an idea of which ranges I wanted to go with in mind. Unfortunately they called refusing to go forward unless I came for an in store appointment which isn't feasible for me at the moment. I've had a Magnet kitchen before and was hoping to do so again, but after the call and lack of interest from them I guess I'll be going with someone else. The company has clearly changed since I last used them.

   So bad!! The rudest lady ever! Not really sure she is in the right job! We had to leave the appointment 5 minutes in to it, then got an email saying we cancelled…. We didn’t! Magnet, you have just done yourself out of another sale by the looks of your reviews.

   Possibly the worst design and customer service I have ever received - ever! Avoid like the plague. If I had not had my heart set on a particular paint to order I would have given my trade business somewhere else. The designer we had was just incompetent. Even a complaint to Magnet HQ was unhelpful. Do yourself a favour and just go somewhere else.

   Had a very disappointing experience with Magnet today. Our 11:30 appointment started late because the staff member showed no urgency to finish with the previous client. When we were finally seen, the person handling our appointment made rude comments about our kitchen, calling it “a horrible space” and “awkward,” while offering zero useful ideas or solutions. On top of that, we faced interruptions, including from an upset customer complaining about delays with their kitchen materials, which only wasted more of our time. If you have a smaller kitchen, I’d recommend avoiding Magnet. It’s clear they prioritize customers with larger spaces. We felt uncomfortable and left after just 30 minutes, even though our appointment was meant to be 1 hour 30 minutes.

   Absolutely the worst branch to use..incompetent staff with no idea of how to run a ordering/design/delivery system... I work within the kitchen fitting business and have come to my wits end with these guys over my last 5 orders....be warned!
