My family and I rented a property from this company for three years. Throughout our tenancy, Fraser and John were consistently pleasant and supportive. After three years, we purchased the house. We experienced no issues regarding repairs; any requests we made were addressed efficiently and appropriately, with prompt follow-up. Communication was straightforward, and we always received timely responses from Fraser, accompanied by the necessary actions. Based on our experience, I would confidently recommend this letting agency. Their approach is decisive, responsive, and personable; they do not simply place repair requests on a waiting list but act on them without delay. Having rented for approximately 27 years with various private landlords and letting agencies, I found this to be the most positive experience. While I am pleased to now own a home, if I were to rent again, I would certainly recommend Professionals on the Move. Sean, Kate and Darwin Kilbride

I had the pleasure of working with John and his team at “professionals on the move” and they truly exceeded my expectations. Being abroad and trying to find a tenant for my apartment was a daunting task, but they made the entire process seamless and stress-free. John, in particular, stood out as the most reliable person I have ever encountered. He was incredibly organized and efficient, ensuring that everything was taken care of promptly and professionally. As someone who had little knowledge about rental agreements and documents, I appreciated John's patience and willingness to explain everything in detail. Overall, I highly recommend John and his team for anyone looking for exceptional property management services. They truly go above and beyond to ensure their clients are well taken care of. Thank you, John and team, for your outstanding work!

Professionals on the Move are great. They have let a number of properties for me and each time they have sourced high quality tenants in a very short space of time and made the process completely hassle free. I have used other letting agents in the past but none can match their professionalism. Great people to deal with.

Had a fantastic experience dealing with Fraser at Professionals On The Move, he is extremely knowledgeable about the local rental market and found me excellent tennants. If the tennants ever have any issues, Fraser is always at hand to deal with them in the best manner for both the tennants and myself. Highly recommended business.

I have used Fraser and his team to look after two of my properties and the thing I regret most is that I didn't use him sooner. Fraser brings me solutions not problems. His advice and ongoing service have been nothing short of exemplary. Well done Fraser.

I have personal experience of using professionals on the move from both a tenant and landlord perspective. We neeeded a bigger place with having a new addition to the family so I found Frazer who helped me find a tenant for my property in Oxton and at the same time found me a lovely house to rent in Heswall. The service is absolutely fantastic; Frazer is so proactive as after a year my tenant unexpectantly gave notice to leave and within the same week Frazer had prospective people viewing my property which meant as soon as the tennant left, a new one was moving in the same weekend; which meant no loss of income for me. Thank you Frazer, can’t thank you enough and would highly recommend professionals on the move!

I asked Fraser of Professionals on the Move to market a rental property of mine and I was very impressed with the amount of prospective tenants brought forward and the speed in which this was carried out. Fraser then carried out the viewings one evening and identified the person who seemed like the best overall tenant and I was happy to go with his choice. That tenant is still at the property 2 years later and has been great. I will definitely use Professionals on the Move again, their enthusiasm and professionalism is exactly what my line of business needs and I have already instructed them to market another property of mine.
