    Extremely unprofessional and dismissive customer service. I stayed home waiting for a delivery, but the driver rang the bell, waited only a few seconds, and left. I have it on camera. When I raised this with the company, instead of showing any understanding, the representative replied with a rude, defensive message blaming me for not answering fast enough and justifying the driver’s behaviour. As a disabled customer, I found the response completely lacking in empathy or awareness of accessibility needs. Rather than trying to help, they insisted it was my β€œresponsibility” to answer immediately. This company shows no respect for customers’ time, accessibility, or basic courtesy. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

    Another delivery company that employs delivery drivers that just can't be bothered knocking on the door to see if anyone's in! So instead of knocking on the door to see if anyone is in, you know like anyone with any common sense would do? They just dump it on the drive of a disabled 80 year old that can't pick up the parcels themselves. Had a member of her family not been there, the plants would've died and could've also been stolen!

    The delivery was eventually ok. What happened when I rang to say I was upset because I was in the house with 2 dogs and neither myself nor the dogs heard anyone knock. Rebecca Davis was the person I was put through to speak to. She was unprofessional, talking to me as if I owed her something . Told me my attitude was rude and if I didn't listen then she would send my parcel back to the sender ,these threats were given because I said I didn't want excuses and to be honest most of what was said has no concern to myself and I am not interested. I will now tell you the parcel was the ashes of my pet dog . I was upset because I needed my dog home and Rebecca Davis used her position to bully she knew the parcels contents she knew I was upset yet she took great pleasure in being nasty . Customers don't matter or rather the recipient of any parcels from this company

    We went to collect a few parcels Friday 5th July, staff were very fast and efficient. I have a small car and a man carried our parcels out, we attempted getting the items in the car and an older gentlemen who worked there helped us load the car up with the big parcels. me and my partner pulled over further down the road with our hazards on and the same gentleman pulled over to help us as we had lost an item inside the car. Very helpful staff, friendly and would highly recommend them.

    Went to collect a parcel that I'd missed my delivery for. The gentleman on duty very thorough in locating my parcel that hadn't "yet" been logged back in the system as "non- delivery". He could have easily said to come back the next day, but instead went the "extra mile" to accommodate me. Brilliant customer service...certainly 5 star service!

    Not accommodating at all... I have awaited a delivery of a parcel containing a part that I need for an installation as I am an engineer. I am mobile I will most likely never be in when they deliver. They have attempted to deliver 3 times and never called me or left with a neighbour just left a slip with no date/time/comment etc. It’s now the day before I need the part so rock up at the depot and find they are not allowing collections due to covid. Even when wearing a mask etc. And that I will have to arrange re-delivery which will then make the part late. They may as well send the part back. EVEN ROYAL MAIL ARE ALLOWING COLLECTIONS WITH A MASK! And they are the most robust company of all Get real people make no wonder businesses may suffer you are suffocating yourselves by having ridiculous measures in place. Staff completely unwilling to help

    Have used for over 18month, Drivers are always on-time and helpful, and the rare moments there is an issue, the office staff are quick to get to the bottom of it. Very competativly priced for packages whose dimensions exceed 1.2m in any given length.
